- Support employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training schedules.
- Updating Organizational Charts and Employee Directory
- Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, recognition programs, and DEI programs.
- Help administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment processes.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
