How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a Web Content Supervisor who will overseeing the overall output of web content authors, manage issue resolution, prioritize tasks, and ensure the quality of web content.

What you'll bring to the role:

Manage Web Author Output:

  • Oversee the daily activities and deliverables of the web content authoring team.
  • Ensure all authoring is aligned with website template, component requirements, and visual guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on content production metrics and KPIs.

Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to web content production and publication.
  • Oversee process for troubleshooting content-related problems.
  • Implement processes to prevent recurring issues and improve content workflows.

Task Prioritization:

  • Maintain an authoring production, ensuring timely delivery of based on business priority and overall timelines.
  • Balance short-term requests with long-term strategic initiatives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards for web authoring.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Provide feedback and training to content authors to improve overall content quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and any issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and expectations.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web content management (Sitecore) and project management (Jira, Monday or equivalent).
