Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and produce high-quality branded content that aligns with clients' marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences across platforms.
- Write, shoot, and edit both short and long form content for linear and digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Director of Multiplatform Marketing, Sales and Research teams to understand client needs and conceptualize content strategies that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Work with a high level of attention to detail to maintain and protect brand standards.
- Stay ahead of industry and platform-specific trends.
- Undertake a leadership role at station events both on and offsite-sometimes on weekends or holidays.
- Provide support to Promotions and Art teams as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV communications, production, or related field.
- 5 or more years of experience as a content creator in a mid-to-major market.
- Proficient with cinema camera production gear including cinema primes and wireless audio.
- Proficient in cinematic production workflow-including asset management, color grading, QC, and versioning.
- Able to create polished content with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience brainstorming with creative teams, pitching projects, unwrapping concepts, solving problems, and collectively developing ideas.
