Job Title: Clean Room Assistant Manager

Job Description

As a Clean Room Assistant Manager, you will report to the Production Manager and oversee a cleanroom department of 7-8 employees at the Park Center location. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring personnel safety, food safety/quality, and maintaining good clean room practices. You will perform your duties in compliance with industry-specific regulations, Global Food Safety Initiative Standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Certification, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Standards, and Workplace Health and Safety Policies. Your role is crucial in implementing policies and changes as directed by the management team to achieve department objectives.

Work Environment

The Clean Room Assistant Manager will work in various areas of the facility including the office, clean room, and occasionally outdoors. The typical noise level in the work environment is moderate, with environmental conditions ranging from 60 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit depending on seasonality and asset functionality.
