Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $107800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze online casino performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance to drive strategic decisions and enhance the overall gaming experience

Own the game provider and new game release roadmaps, collaborating with providers to ensure an engaging game portfolio that aligns with player trends and business objectives

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to maximize player acquisition and retention

Continuously optimize the product, lobbies, and game offerings to meet player expectations and maximize revenues, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance game performance and player satisfaction

Implement operational procedures for the online casino, ensuring efficiency, content optimization, compliance, and a positive player experience while managing the integration and performance of new game providers

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the online gaming industry, focusing on real money gaming operations

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for real money online gaming

Experience in content planning and strategy, with a keen understanding of its impact on player engagement

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
