Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons and employees.
  • Transportation and Access Control: Assist in transporting money and chips, and control access to restricted areas.
  • Incident Response: React to patron and employee incidents and accidents, and monitor patron and employee passage in and out of the casino.
  • Safety Hazards: Check for and report safety hazards, and may answer incoming calls to the facility and direct calls or answer patron questions.
  • Operational Support: May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver's License.
Standards of Performance
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
  • Communication Skills: Possess oral and written communication skills.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Have knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Gaming License: Valid gaming license or ability to obtain gaming license.
