We are seeking Call Center Representative / Customer Service to join our team at a reputable agricultural cooperative.

The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support the cooperative's members with various inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information on agricultural products, seasonal offerings, and membership programs.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring member satisfaction.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, inform members of new products or services, and collect feedback.
Use call center software to log information and update customer profiles.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
