Ortho Sport and Spine Physicians is a rapidly expanding orthopedic practice with clinics in Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee. They also operate an Ambulatory Surgery center in Atlanta and specialize in providing advanced, minimally invasive treatment for neck, spine issues, sports injuries, and conditions.

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be assisting patients with MRI appointments and ensuring they receive exceptional service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound MRI calls, answering questions, addressing concerns, and scheduling appointments.

DUTIES:

  • Engaging in active listening with callers to confirm or clarify MRI appointments
  • Using EMR and spreadsheets effectively
  • Making calls to patients regarding MRI appointments
  • Managing the scheduling and rescheduling of MRI appointments
  • Meeting designated quotas

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA standards
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent phone and communication abilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of call center background
  • Proficient in data entry and typing
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
