The mission of our Information Security team is to ensure the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive program that effectively protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Point72 information assets. Our team is comprised of security professionals with expertise in a diverse portfolio of security disciplines.
What you'll do
- Oversee development and maintenance of the Information Security Policy and Standards library
- Lead third-party assessments of the Information Security program, including regulatory and audit assessments
- Handle data privacy inquiries and conduct comprehensive privacy-related event investigations
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on team activities
- Manage and mitigate technology risks, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements
What's required
- 5-10 years of experience in information security governance risk and compliance or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in information security, information systems, information technology, or other relevant discipline
- Extensive experience managing and responding to audit and regulatory examinations
- Hands-on experience working with vendor assessment tools, such as SIG, OneTrust, KY3P, etc.
- Proven track record of writing and implementing information security policies and standards
- In-depth knowledge of global data privacy laws and regulations, such as CCPA and GDPR
- Experience in managing technology risks in a complex business environment
- Exceptional communication skills
