Inside Sales Representative

Quinn Company, a leading Caterpillar dealership, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Sylmar, California.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized customers in various industries, increasing sales of machines, parts, and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify and update customer accounts, utilizing the telephone as the primary tool
• Maintain a minimum of 120 calls per week, with four days dedicated to telephone work and one day for personal training and development
• Accurately maintain customer account information and machine population, enabling targeted sales and promotions
• Promote dealership services, including machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements
• Develop and qualify machine and/or parts and service leads, forwarding them to the dealership's outside sales organization when applicable
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
• Foster strong relationships with customers and fellow employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
