Our Impact:

Model Application Development team is responsible for converting models to application software. We evaluate millions of loans per day using the latest Machine Learning algorithms such as Deep Neural Networks, XG boost and Logistic regression. We turn ML algorithms to APIs using web services. We are responsible for implementing underwriting, servicing and loss mitigation models

Your Impact:

Develop REST/JSON based web services using Python/Flask.

Create docker images and deploy images to Open Shift Container platforms.

Automate deploying and monitoring processes using Jenkins.

Conduct model tie-out, regression, integration testing to deliver quality software

Continuously update software to fix security vulnerabilities.

Create unit tests using PyUnit to keep code coverage above 90%

Support multiple micro services and integration with other enterprise applications.

Profile application and improve performance to keep strict SLAs. Supports performance and stress testing with other IT applications.

Follow software engineering standard methodologies to build modular and sustainable model related services

Coordinates with business, model and IT users to resolve production issues.

Production Support

Participate in on-call production support rotation.

Participate into troubleshooting sessions and help senior developers during incident calls.

Partner with IT Shared Services partners to resolve production issues.

Qualifications:
  • years' experience in Information Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience
  • Programming Languages: Python, Unix Scripting
  • Back End Skills: Flask/FAST API/Django, REST/JSON, Pandas, NumPy
  • Front End Skills: Web based application skills (Angular 4,JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • Automation Testing: PyUnit, Automated Performance and Regression/Functional Testing
  • DevOps Tools: git, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, OCP, OAUTH 2.0, CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience with high availability systems is preferred.
