Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership role.
  • Experience with.NET and other software development technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with advanced Windows 10 features and endpoint security technologies.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
