Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior software development management role, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex distributed systems.
  • Extensive experience in building distributed systems using .NET Core and AWS technologies, including AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and Amazon RDS.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing and deploying Python-based applications in production settings.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts, with practical experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in real-world scenarios.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive technical initiatives, make strategic decisions, and solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
