This position will transition workload dependent on turnaround cycles based on the 4-year timeframe (off years will have more demand for Engineering team and on years will migrate more to turnaround support). Other work will be within the Project, PSM, Document Control, or Process Engineering team. Task will be to assist to develop work packages for outages / shutdowns, manage scope changes and notes, manage force reports, assist with density maps, issue requisitions for Project team, convert PDF to Word for schedulers, organize lunches for Engineering team, assist with revision / creation of BOM's in SAP, develop / communicate / close RCFA / Incident investigation documentation requirements.

What you will do:

Accountability for the effectiveness / efficiency of the following Engineering programs –

  • Management of MOC back log.
  • Department compliance and corrective action management.
  • Coordination of inter-department communications.
  • Coordination of Project / Turnaround communications (including TAR progress to 7 stage program).
  • Planisware entry / communication to stakeholders, hard control management, FL / BOM development in SAP.
  • Assist Document Control team with updates and information requests.
