Job Title: Site Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Project Coordinator to join our team at BMWC Constructors, Inc. This role will provide administrative and operational support to assigned project personnel, ensuring the smooth delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Assist with daily office tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office areas, and performing other similar duties.
  • Support project personnel with ad-hoc projects, requiring flexibility and creativity.
  • Accurately and timely enter data and maintain records in designated systems.
  • Key payroll and time records, handling confidential and sensitive data as needed.
  • Maintain essential documentation within document imaging systems, adhering to defined standards and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional service to project personnel, including Project Managers, Engineers, Safety, and Quality personnel.
  • Embrace technological innovations and continuously seek to improve processes and best practices.
  • Represent BMWC Constructors, Inc. professionally to employees, customers, and third parties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in general clerical and administrative support roles, with strong detail orientation.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
