YOU WILL:

  • Administer all company benefits programs for medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA, STD, LTD, COBRA, Group Personal Excess Liability, 401k, Deferred Compensation and Well-Being
  • Facilitate monthly new employee orientation
  • Provides support to UK Benefits team
  • Provides guidance and interpretation of Benefits/HR policies and procedures
  • Advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit related matters
  • Tracks and reports worker's compensation
  • Works closely with our benefit brokers and benefit vendors
  • Designs and distributes benefit communications for New Hires, Open Enrollment and Summary Plan Descriptions
  • Works with broker to create and distribute Total Rewards Statements annually
  • Administers benefits and Deferred Compensation Open Enrollment annually
  • Provides support on annual 401k audit and compliance related requests
  • Maintains HR system records and compiles reports as needed
  • Works closely with IT, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Payroll and Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile employee 401k and HSA contributions against payroll
  • Request/approve funding for HSA and 401k employee/employer contributions
  • Works with Treasury on annual 401k employee match calculation
  • Annual compliance filing (ACA, 5500, PCORI, etc.)
  • All other duties as assigned by Manager
