YOU WILL:
- Administer all company benefits programs for medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA, STD, LTD, COBRA, Group Personal Excess Liability, 401k, Deferred Compensation and Well-Being
- Facilitate monthly new employee orientation
- Provides support to UK Benefits team
- Provides guidance and interpretation of Benefits/HR policies and procedures
- Advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit related matters
- Tracks and reports worker's compensation
- Works closely with our benefit brokers and benefit vendors
- Designs and distributes benefit communications for New Hires, Open Enrollment and Summary Plan Descriptions
- Works with broker to create and distribute Total Rewards Statements annually
- Administers benefits and Deferred Compensation Open Enrollment annually
- Provides support on annual 401k audit and compliance related requests
- Maintains HR system records and compiles reports as needed
- Works closely with IT, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Payroll and Accounts Payable
- Reconcile employee 401k and HSA contributions against payroll
- Request/approve funding for HSA and 401k employee/employer contributions
- Works with Treasury on annual 401k employee match calculation
- Annual compliance filing (ACA, 5500, PCORI, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned by Manager
