We are currently seeking experienced IT professionals to join our team at WorkSmart. As an IT specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting, managing, and strategizing IT infrastructure for our diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to corporate entities without internal IT expertise.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites regularly (80% local travel)
  • 5+ years of corporate user support experience
  • 5+ years of architecting and administering Office 365 environments (Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • 5+ years of architecting and administering VMWare environments
  • 7+ years of architecting and administering Windows server environments
  • 5+ years of architecting and administering Networks
  • 5+ years of troubleshooting networks (VLANs, Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
  • 3+ years of architecting and administering Azure or similar cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Strong motivation to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting infrastructure reviews, providing project advice, participating in strategic planning with clients and our internal team, and occasionally being on call.

Moreover, you will be expected to work both remotely and on-site at client locations, as well as in our office.
