Minimum Salary: $73,000.00

Maximum Salary: $98,280.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

What Experience Should You Bring To This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify and communicate improvement opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements, communicate status, and interface with internal and external team members.
  • Must be highly organized and have a proven history of multi-tasking.
  • Ability to learn and communicate the essence of the Victoria's Secret brand.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Campaign desired
  • One or more years of experience working in a marketing delivery role with experience in direct marketing, campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, marketing operations, and/or personalization a plus.
  • Previous work with or understanding of databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
