Job Title: CRM Analyst
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH (Remote)
Contract Type: W2, 4-Month Contract to Hire
Pay Range: $42 - $47 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting omnichannel campaign execution, including direct mail, email, SMS, app, and offer creation. The CRM Analyst will work closely with the Campaign Orchestration team to ensure an optimal customer experience by assisting with campaign segmentation and offer development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement campaigns and offers across various channels (direct mail, SMS, app, email) using campaign execution tools and offer platforms.
• Maintain accurate offer-related documentation to ensure cross-functional partners have reliable information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign or offer-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external vendor SLAs, guaranteeing timely campaign delivery.
• Analyze and optimize team processes to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Provide QA reviews of deliverables to support team members.
• Validate weekly campaign population counts and test offer functionality before campaign launch.
• Contribute to seasonal and campaign hindsight analysis, identifying insights for future segmentation and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in a data warehouse environment is preferred.
• Basic SQL skills are required.
• Familiarity with databases like Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience with campaign tools (Adobe, UNICA) or CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle CRM) is preferred.
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Campaign Management tool experience is a plus.
• Exposure to programming is preferred.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, project management, task prioritization, and teamwork.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (marketing, analytics, or finance).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to execute technical requirements with minimal support.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Finance, IT, Business, Economics, Marketing, Math, or related disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
