Required
Qualifications:
- MD
or DO degree - BC
or BE in Family, Geriatric or Internal Medicine - Active,
non-probationary, unrestricted State License - Active
DEA license

Qualifications: Fellowship
training in Geriatrics. Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric. Experience
in outpatient primary care settings. Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
