Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $220,000 - $250,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Your Role:
- Positioned in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Responsible for developing individualized care plans for patients, including comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, diagnoses, and appropriate treatment referrals.
- Utilizes diagnostic resources efficiently and effectively.
- Maintains primary care responsibilities while coordinating with specialists as needed.
- Minimal on-call duties: phone call coverage one week every 2-3 months, with the majority of calls screened by nursing staff.
- Occasional Saturday coverage required.
- Flexible work schedule options available (4-day work week).
Candidate Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Possession of a valid Connecticut State Medical License.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in FQHC or community-based healthcare is advantageous.
- Open to H1B and J1 Visa sponsorship.
