Job Description

  • Coordinates preparation of new contract assignments and administers existing contracts for a specific vendor or department.
  • Requests and reviews vendor bids for goods and services.
  • Consults with vendors to obtain optimum pricing and availability information. Researches and negotiates complex organizational purchases.
  • Interfaces with vendors and organizational staff to interpret needs and provide accurate specifications.
  • Prepares reports and required documents for management review.
