We are looking for a growth-focused SaaS Product Manager who is passionate about creating products users can't live without.

As a customer focused professional, you enjoy bringing simplicity and elegance to complex problems while defining intuitive interfaces and features. You thrive in a fast-growth environment and can distill user feedback and data to find insights that translate into meaningful product experiences.

With deep knowledge of highly transactional web applications and SaaS platforms, you have a keen understanding of web IA and visual design best practices. You are fluent in Product Discovery, and aren't afraid to ask hard questions to determine the value of potential opportunities.

As a Product Manager, you'll guide the development of products to deliver optimal value for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for authoring detailed product specifications, partnering with Design, and collaborating closely with Engineering during development. You'll facilitate strong cross-functional communication, managing internal & external timelines, and supporting Go-to-Market communications.

You might be a good fit for this role if:

- You have SaaS growth experience with a deep understanding of funnel optimization and user behavior to drive conversion and upsell

- You have brought a new product to market (0-1) and are comfortable leading a product from its initial conception to its market introduction, including the ability to drive Product Marketing

- You are skilled at collecting market & customer insights, and using that data to inform product strategy decisions

- You have experience delivering SDKs as a core component of your product portfolio. You understand the complexities of what it takes to support SDK products.

- You are an exceptional communicator who collaborates easily with others

Responsibilities

- Lead Product Discovery efforts to understand challenges, uncover opportunities, and evaluate new ideas

- Engage deeply with customers and user analytics to understand their needs

- Author & maintain clear product requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions and drive growth

- Lead the product development process, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch for initiatives that you own

- Drive Product Marketing efforts including product positioning and messaging

- Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment

- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution

- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company

- Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product updates, progress, and gather feedback

Qualifications

years of PM experience delivering successful technology products

- Experience leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects

- Demonstrated analytical capability across quantitative and qualitative data to inform product strategy & deliver outcomes

- Proven track record of growing and scaling a product, working with engineering, marketing, sales, operations and customer support

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, understand company strategy, and blend broader company goals with the team's deliverables

- A successful track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results, with pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

- Consistent self developer based on innate curiosity and passion for growth

- Team player
