About the position:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the overhaul and enhancement of our company website which is the entry point for our B2B SaaS Enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a strong focus on User Experience, Performance optimization, Web Functionality (Tracking & Analytics, SEO, A/B testing, Integrations), Security and Content Management. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional website experience that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the website that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Outcome-Focused Leadership: Lead and work as an empowered product team to work against clearly defined outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure close alignment with the marketing stakeholders, who are the key business owners of the website. Include sales, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure the website meets business needs and objectives.
  • Website Overhaul: Oversee the complete overhaul of the website, ensuring it is state-of-the-art in terms of speed, scalability, user experience, and functionality.
  • A/B Testing: Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously test and iterate on new functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Ensure the website is equipped with comprehensive tracking tools to monitor performance, user behavior, and key metrics.
  • SEO & Integrations: Optimize the website for search engines and ensure seamless integrations with leading Martech platforms.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the website strategy.
  • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that all website enhancements are designed to meet the needs of our customers and provide a superior user experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on web products and technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading desired website overhauls and enhancements, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Deep understanding of website performance optimization, scalability, A/B testing, tracking, SEO, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HEAP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and empowered product teams.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $ 150,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
