Join the team at Pall Danaher Business System Office (DBSO) - Global Commercial DBS Leader and immerse yourself in a pivotal role. You will play a key part in promoting and guiding successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) within Pall's commercial teams. Your primary focus will center on driving commercial growth tools and facilitating the adoption of standard practices across various functions.

Open the doors to various senior leadership prospects within both the Life Sciences Platform and Danaher. This position, reporting to the Vice President of the DBSO, offers a chance for career progression and advancement to higher leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales continuous improvement processes and tools
    • Areas of focus include Funnel Management, New Product Launch Excellence, Growth War Room, and Transformative Marketing
  • Drive enhancement through monthly PSP and Kaizen initiatives
  • Collaborate on sales effectiveness priorities and initiatives
  • Act as a vital business partner in identifying performance gaps and proposing solutions
  • Educate on current innovative sales best practices
  • Develop growth initiatives and Key Account management programs
  • Facilitate kaizen events and provide formal DBS training and coaching
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, or business; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales & marketing, with 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Proficiency in Lean concepts and application to commercial environments
  • Demonstrated influencing and leadership skills in global settings

  • Proven ability to prioritize and lead within complex organizations
