Accurately creates new customer accounts and updates existing ones as needed. Builds strong customer relationships to drive sign-ups and email captures.

Ensures initial contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
Collects information with a friendly and positive demeanor to grow the Bally's Rewards database securely. Provides accurate information about the program, property, and entertainment options.
Reviews player ratings and issues complementary per policy. Manages promotional data, batches control tickets, and assists with event coordination.
Greets customers, provides information, and represents the company with professionalism.
