Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial construction and tenant improvements. This full-time role comes with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost assessments.
  • Supervise project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures on-site.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and risks.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
