YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
  • Preferred experience in injection molding and resin
  • Experience selling into diverse market segments
  • Familiarity with medical devices is highly desirable
  • Expertise in sealing applications, high-temp chemical resistance, and high-end industrial applications
  • Proven track record in building and leading sales teams
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Previous roles as VP of Sales or Director of Sales
  • Experience managing small sales teams (5 or fewer)
  • Background in smaller company environments
  • In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
