- ROLE OVERVIEW
- Manage projects from inception to execution, ensuring seamless implementation and widespread adoption.
- Assist Benchling engineers in optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, enhancing developer experience, and identifying future growth opportunities.
- Contribute to pioneering initiatives outlined in our roadmap, focusing on automation, continuous delivery, and enhancing infrastructure efficiency.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Champion team success and foster personal and professional growth.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering, specializing in building infrastructure and internal tools.
- Proficiency in deployment and configuration management frameworks like Terraform, CI/CD systems such as BuildKite or Jenkins, and container technologies like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS.
- Expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, microservices architectures, and major cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Outstanding communication skills, leadership abilities, and project management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of mentoring technical teams and delivering tech projects successfully.
- Passionate about collaborating at our SF office most of the week.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Competitive compensation based on skills, experience, and interview performance. Base salary ranges from $177,735 to $240,465, aligned with location and qualifications.
