Position: Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in civil engineering, with a focus on roads and bridges.
- Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects, including roads and bridges.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with contractors, city officials, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and schmooze effectively with contractors and city officials.
