As a Staff Chef, you will have the opportunity to work independently while enjoying the support of our whole team. General Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve delicious, nutritious, wholesome, and diverse meals.Observe proper food preparation, storage, and handling techniques and comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.Plan meal preparation to coordinate with service hours of 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Ensure cost-effective use of ingredients and supplies.Communicate orders to ensure the availability of supplies and food in time for preparation.Keep the work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation; clean and maintain the kitchen.Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:Collaboration Skills: Ability to work well with others in a team environment.Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing demands and schedules.Stress Management/Composure: Maintain composure under pressure and manage stress effectively.
