The RN performs a comprehensive assessment of the patient, establishes a treatment plan that reflects the patient's diagnosis and goals as addressed in the assessment and physician orders, and adheres to the specified frequency and duration ordered by the physician.

Requirements:

  • BSN Preferred.
  • RNs without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete the degree within 4 years of their start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred.
  • Previous critical care experience highly desired.
  • Home care experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
  • Current DC RN license or willingness to acquire licensure.
  • CPR required.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and working vehicle required.
