As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals, ensuring the health and wellness of the residents in your community. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Directing the coordination of residents' health needs, managing ancillary services, overseeing medication programs, and conducting assessments and individualized service plans.
- Team Development: Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of clinical staff, fostering an engaged and effective team.
Passion for Senior Care: We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about working with seniors and committed to enhancing their quality of life.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least two years of RN experience, including a minimum of one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
- Experience in nurse management for at least one year, including responsibilities for hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ability to assess residents' ongoing needs and develop Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to guide team members in delivering high-quality clinical care.
- Proficient in using computers, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as necessary to meet residents' care needs.
