As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you will enjoy a warm and collegial environment while working alongside renowned healthcare leaders and providers in the nation's fastest-growing industry. The RN performs a comprehensive assessment of the patient, establishes a treatment plan that reflects the patient's diagnosis and goals as addressed in the assessment and physician orders, and adheres to the specified frequency and duration ordered by the physician.

Requirements:
- BSN Preferred.
- RNs without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete the degree within 4 years of their start date.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of RN experience preferred.
- Previous critical care experience highly desired.
- Home care experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
- Current DC RN license or willingness to acquire licensure.
- CPR required.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and working vehicle required.

Salary Range: Minimum $39.94 per hour - Maximum $56.40 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
