ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role involves providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering their questions, and explaining available wash options. It is essential to ensure customer satisfaction, promptly address inquiries, incidents, and report issues. Responsibilities include:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The job requires frequent standing, walking, hand use, and ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs. Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous customer service and Car Wash experience preferred

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

This role operates in an outdoor car wash setting. Adherence to safety guidelines is crucial, including the use of protective equipment.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The Level 2 Supervisor should work independently with minimal supervision.
