The successful candidate will have experience in electronics manufacturing and a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development and implementation of production activities to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Manage the activities of the production team and make staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
  • Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
  • Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing required.
  • Experience with NPI preferred.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong Computer skills, both MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written).

Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office and a manufacturing environment. Required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend; talk and hear in person; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers; repetitive motion. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally may need to exert up to 30 pounds of force to lift, carry, push and pull or otherwise move objects.
