Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Complete all required management and leadership training
  • Recruit, hire, train, and deploy a competent workforce
  • Meet all budgetary targets for labor, supplies, and equipment
  • Conduct regular quality assessments within the facility and promptly address any issues
  • Engage in periodic performance evaluations with client leadership to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or housekeeping services is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingual/Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems is desirable
  • Ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check
