Salary Range: $ $33.84 per hour

Qualifications
  • Graduation from college with a major in a relevant natural science, or equivalent education and experience
  • Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Mohs Tissue Technician
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently
  • Knowledge of CLIA laboratory protocols and safety standards
  • Familiarity with operating laboratory equipment and procedures
  • Experience in accurate data entry and maintenance of block logs
  • Proficiency in staining procedures, tissue embedding, and slide preparation
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and communicate respectfully
  • Willingness to adapt to changes, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Active participation in continuous learning and professional development
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to infection control and chemical handling
