What You'll DoCome be part of the excitement and energy to help build out a new game team in the Epic ecosystem Harmonix seeks a thoughtful and passionate Senior Producer to join our exceptional production team, creating best-in-class music games. The production team at Harmonix proactively manages and delivers cutting edge products, ensuring both title quality and timely delivery.
In this role, you will- Work with internal and external teams to produce and execute realistic project schedules and milestone plans that are focused on the delivery of high-quality products
- Work with creative leads to prioritize features and content that align with the project vision and goals
- Identify project risk and develop plans for resolution or mitigation
- Communicate project status and risks with key stakeholders, leads, and management
- Promote a healthy and positive work environment and strong work ethic and mentor other members of the project team
- Passion for gaming, the gaming industry, and an understanding of the game development lifecycle
- Expert knowledge of project management methods for game development including agile
- Project management software skills using Jira, Confluence, Hansoft, Favro or other project management software
- The ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company
- The ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment
- The ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision
- A self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
