    • Querying multiple types of databases and plugging data queries directly into tools like Tableau are essential for this role
  • Report Writing and Presenting
    • Writing detailed and understandable reports that will speak to a variety of audiences
    • Presenting data in meetings and providing additional relevant context where applicable
  • Support and Collaboration
    • Act as backup for all functions of current data researchers
    • Provide support to UX researchers on report creation that involves data visualization
    • Quickly pivot with new data to ensure a constant flow of player insights are output as updated player survey data is received
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of data analysis and reporting experience
  • 2-3 years of experience using Tableau
  • 2-3 years of experience writing data queries (SQL)
  • Advanced experience with a survey creation platform (QuestionPro, Qualtrics)
  • Proficient in data visualization and developing dashboards
  • Experience in writing detailed reports and presenting data findings/analysis
  • Strong in Excel or Google Sheets (vlookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Preferred Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, analytics, or related field
    • Background in mathematics and statistics
    • Experience writing Survey questions
