The Role

As a Wedding Sales Consultant / Account Manager at Glamsquad, you will be the driving force behind our wedding services business. Your primary mission will be to connect with brides and wedding planners from across our 9+ markets, offering them unparalleled hair and makeup services for their special day. With a steady stream of inbound leads each week, your role will be crucial in tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each client, acting as their main point of contact with Glamsquad.

What the Role Will Do

Own the revenue and profit goals for the wedding services vertical, implementing strategies to meet and exceed these targets.
Actively manage and respond to inbound leads for wedding services, providing exceptional customer service and consultation.
Understand the needs and preferences of each client to tailor packages that suit their requirements, matching them with the perfect Pros from our team.
Build and maintain relationships with brides, wedding planners, and vendors to establish a strong network and referral system.
Collaborate with the wedding services team and marketing team to develop targeted strategies that attract and engage our wedding clientele.
Upsell additional services and packages to maximize revenue from each client.

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the beauty, wedding, or event planning industries.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
A passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of current trends and techniques in wedding hair and makeup.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4 - 8 years of experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Operations Associate role
