About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design and Construction Lead to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge, sustainable commercial building. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the new building meets the highest standards of design and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and construction process, ensuring alignment with national standards
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resources
  • Oversee the installation and integration of mechanical & electrical systems
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other specialists
  • Be a full member of the programme management team and participate in key programme decision making
  • Advise on any finance issues effecting the development and design, highlighting areas under change control processes that impact on delivery

Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., MCIOB).
  • Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
