We care deeply – We do the right thing even if it's the harder thing.
We are fiercely driven – We harness our curiosity to pursue continuous improvement and create simple solutions to complex problems.
We lead with respect – We celebrate the individual traits that make each of us unique and seek out diverse voices to listen and learn.
We are accountable – We do what we promise for each other and our customers.

Here's what that would mean for you in the Lead Product Manager, Search & Care Guidance AI role.

Care: Empathy for others - our internal stakeholders, customers, members, and patients.
Driven: Ability to think through complex problems, and break them down into milestones and small chunks that your team can complete in short iterations.
Respect: Effective communicator who can express ideas and quarterback a plan to team members and cross-functional teams.
Accountable: Achieve agreed-upon, measurable results for our search products. Examples include increasing relevance of results and consumers booking care.

What you will do in a Lead Product Manager role at Kyruus Health:

This product suite facilitates the search and care navigation for millions of patients and has the potential to fundamentally change the way patients find and navigate day-to-day care
  • Identify ways Generative AI and other modern search technologies can be utilized to improve the care navigation process to connect patients with the right providers based on their needs, preferences, and the goals of our provider customers. Work with Engineering to drive the Build vs Buy decisions as you explore new opportunities in Search
  • Be the driving force behind the strategy to determine which investments will yield the highest ROI in terms of net new revenue and getting more patients access to the care they deserve; work directly with the executive team, sales, customer service, marketing, design, and engineering leadership.
  • Produce a roadmap to reach your vision by working with engineers, designers, and product marketers to define high-level priorities and user stories. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies to reinforce top priorities, and drive your team towards measurable progress against the roadmap.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to drive investments in new initiatives and features including Click Through Rate, bounce rate, and search result quality. Help define additional KPIs to measure effectiveness of Search
  • Be the subject matter expert related to Search sessions, search keywords, search result quality within the Product Team and the wider Kyruus Health organization.
  • Champion the process of continually feeding insights from our data, market research, customers, patients, and internal stakeholders back into the business and development processes.
  • Assess key technology, business, and partnership opportunities that will help us reach our goals faster. Translate business needs into functional user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria, groom the product backlog, and keep the squad on track.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of our competitive landscape in the marketplace, and consumer trends that we can leverage to consistently expand our total addressable market.
  • Create artifacts that serve both internal and external audiences including case studies, training materials, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Develop relationships with customers that build our understanding of their needs and new problems that we can solve on their behalf.
  • Use strong technical skills to work closely with the Engineering team. Function as a SME on the technical aspects of your product, while still being able to distill deeply technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Product within the Care Access Applications Product Management Division.
