In addition to standard product lifecycle ownership, you'll be exposed to and influence machine learning teams (applied and research scientists), machine learning engineers and software dev engineers, learn and use big data techniques, and be at the cutting edge of privacy and security best practices. The role has known scope and day-to-day responsibilities with opportunities to both grow the product roadmap and customer reach, as well as grow your own skills, influence, and leveling.

The niche here is that "the product" is a handful of predictive metrics used at scale to measure Alexa's CX. It will greatly help if interested candidates have experience working in machine learning measurement and/or measuring CX. • Succinctly communicate wins, misses, paths to green and general status updates to L8/L10 leadership
  • Look around corners and work with engineering/science counterparts to mitigate risks pertaining to: technical stack, architecture, inference, GPU needs, etc.
  • Manage your product costs, consistently looking for means to be frugal
  • Monitor and deep dive your product KPIs
  • Leverage common PMT mechanisms and customer insights to grow product features, customer opportunities (entitlement), and your own scope

About the team

We are a cross-functional team comprised of product managers, data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and software development engineers. We are passionate about building and improving our analytics platform, "Gale", which enables Alexa developers and leaders to make informed business and CX decisions reliably and quickly.
