If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As our Marketing team expands, we're seeking a Copywriter to create engaging and compelling content that aligns with ICW Group's brand, resonates with our target audiences, and supports our overall marketing objectives. The role works as part of the Enterprise Marketing department to write content for B2B marketing assets for use across multiple communication platforms. This role will produce content that will be used to promote ICW Group's products, services and overall brand positioning to current and prospective customers to grow top line revenue and market share.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Writes and edits engaging and informative copy to drive revenue and enhance the experience across all channels of the business.

  • Creates clear, concise and persuasive content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and/or provides operational information, across a wide variety of marketing platforms.
  • Executes concepting, writing, editing, and reviewing copy for a wide range of cross-departmental campaigns and deliverables.
  • Develops marketing messages for multiple marcomm outlets including – print, web, email, video, sales collateral, mobile, PPC, blogs, advertising, social media, and more.
  • Writes both short-form and long-form content for marketing deliverables that support acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Serves as the primary content creator for the company's Articles & Insights blog. Develop high-quality content on a variety of topics that supports the company's SEO strategies.
  • Develops content that is consistent with and helps reinforce ICW Group's brand voice across all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Writes, edits and adjusts content to continually improve engagement and meet conversion goals.
  • Proofreads and edits self-created work and the work of other copy providers.

Contributes to Enterprise Marketing's overall creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging strategy.
  • Supports and drives copy by making recommendations to campaign strategy leads based on creativity and strategic insights.
  • Works collaboratively with User Experience, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing Specialist, Video Production team and other members of the Enterprise Marketing team to develop highly impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Actively participates in team brainstorming sessions for overall creative concept development.
  • Proactively suggests and implements ways to improve content to better meet user needs based on feedback, performance, analysis and observed trends in the media landscape.
  • Works with marketing project managers on multiple and rapidly evolving projects and manages workflow through a comprehensive project management system.
  • Handles tight and ongoing deadlines.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience required, B2B preferred.
  • Experience writing across a broad range of platforms (web, print, social media, video, etc.)
  • Experience working with designers and other marketing roles (e.g., digital marketing, corporate communications, etc.)
  • Experience in financial services a plus.

COMPENSATION

The salary range listed for this position, $65,220.24 to $109,989.53, is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. We typically do not hire towards the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package outlined below.
