Here's what you'll be responsible for:
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, related financial statement preparation and financial reporting/analytics, account reconciliations and documentation necessary to ensure GAAP compliance
  • Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions
  • Drive for continuous improvement of the overall finance function through a hands-on approach
  • Provide leadership and expertise for accounting functions with ongoing development of its team members
  • Implement effective and efficient controls and processes that ensure data accuracy and adherence to accounting principle
  • Establish and implement accounting policies and operating procedures
  • Assist Senior Leadership to meet the business' growth and finance goals
  • Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
  • Lease accounting and workflow
  • Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements
You should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA desired
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
