Department of Psychology, Loyola University Chicago . The Lecturer/DCT is responsible for the administrative management of the Clinical Psychology Ph.
D. Program.

Principal duties include (but are not limited to): providing academic leadership, serving on committees, collaborating with the clinical faculty to guide the program in all matters relevant to clinical training (e.g., guiding students through the internship application process), maintaining and managing APA accreditation processes, and securing and managing clinical placement contracts.

This position also requires teaching one course per semester to undergraduates or doctoral students in the clinical program (i.e., a 1-1 teaching load) but does not include research responsibilities.

The position is designed for a clinical psychologist who is interested in administration, clinical supervision and teaching and will play a critical role in the Clinical Psychology Ph.

D. training program, which includes two subareas (Clinical Child and Clinical Adult).

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have (1) graduated from an APA- or CPA-accredited Clinical or Counseling Psychology Ph.
D.

program; and (2) completed an APA- or CPA-accredited internship; and (3) licensed or eligible for Illinois licensure as a psychologist.

Evidence of success in an administrative capacity is preferred.

The candidate also should be willing to support the mission of LUC and the goals of a Jesuit Catholic Education.
