**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Expertise in healthcare construction projects, tenant fit-outs, and renovations
- Ability to manage ground-up construction projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of utility work (excluding underground utilities)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
