As an Engineering Administrative Assistant you will:
Responsible for creating and effectively managing the Engineering Department's checkbook
Maintain strong relationships with peers, external vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance and effective partnership
Responsible for the procurement of all tools and materials purchased and assigned to the department
Monitor and effectively manage HotSOS for daily work order completion

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license to operate company golf carts
