Within GNE, the Experience Team is seeking a Program Manager to create programs and strategies that can empower and enable sellers to streamline operations on TikTok Shop Responsibilities
- Design and execute frameworks and mechanisms that empower sellers to operate effectively on the platform, focusing on enhancing self-service capabilities and streamlining operations.
- Establish and maintain transparent performance metrics, incentivize top-performing sellers, and provide targeted support to sellers needing improvement, driving overall platform excellence.
- Create training initiatives to ensure sellers are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools required to succeed
- Work closely with various teams, including product development, customer service, and marketing, to align seller enablement initiatives with broader business goals and enhance the overall seller experience on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Cybersecurity)
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce in handling buyer abuse prevention programs/seller experience improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven track record of implementing successful fraud prevention strategies and initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving challenges

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $206171 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
